The car cover I purchased was already pricey, but after getting slapped with a $60USD shipping charge (and it was only sent regular mail) plus a $42CAD customs charge plus paying the exchange rate, this was a major rip off. Other sites manage to sell into Canada without this hidden cost or aggravation. If you want to be a local store, then do that. If you want to be an internet store then it's time to make the site more accessible.

We're sorry that you were unhappy with the overall pricing of the reveal cover. This is a quality product manufactured in Great Britain and well worth the investment, having many repeat buyers. The postage charged was exactly what we paid to the penny, and also included complimentary insurance.
As for the currency exchange rate, we are at the mercy of the financial markets and cannot control it. Sales taxes like the HST in Canada are the customer's legal responsibility. Complaints on the tax rates are better addressed to your elected officials, as we cannot control those either. We pay sales taxes in the USA too!:-)
